I will say, if I had been seeing more change, I would have updated pictures. I have been taking a lot of pictures, maybe in the end ill make a gif or something showing the changes. But, until then, I will update once or twice a month with pictures.
The first week I had a bracket come off, and then the 3rd week I had a bracket come off one of my back ones. I was not charged to have them put back on. However, both times the bracket remained on the wire.
The first time it came off I went in about 3 days later and had it put back on. My dentist said that perhaps he had put it on a little to aggressively. My back one that came off was completely my fault.. I ate nachos :-(
But it didn't bother me so I went ahead and waited until my appointment.
As I said, not much change within the first month. I was told that the 2nd month on I'd see more.
When I went into my appointment this is what went down:
1. Rubberbands taken off
2. Wires taken off
3. Teeth Cleaned (I wonder if I still need to go in for my 6 month check up??? I shall ask)
4. Bracket put back on
5. Wires/new o bands put on (As well as quick ties..wire twist ties in place of o rings)
6. Filing of my bottom teeth to create more interproximal space
7. Power chain put on my top four teeth (to close the gap quickly)
Waaa---lahhhhh
The appointment took about an hour.
